Compact internal ejection system designed to work in two different ways in small and medium sized molds:
- As a pre-opening movement of the mold.
- As a double ejection system, controlling 2 sets of ejector plates when the machine actuates the upper set of plates.
The system allows customizable strokes, with a first stroke from 6 to 42mm and a second stroke from 6 to 48mm.
Designed for installation in the corners of the plates, as it frees up the central area for other ejection components. Available in two sizes, it is a maintenance-free solution with simple internal installation.
Max. holding force: 1.200 kg. It's recommended to install them in multiples of 2, so that the mold is even.
