External Superior Plate Separator EX ø14

Compact external ejection system designed to work in two different ways:

• As a pre-opening movement of the mold.

• As a double ejection system, controlling 2 sets of ejector plates when the machine actuates the upper set

The first opening is customizable up to 250mm for the 2 smaller sizes, and up to 375mm in the other 2 larger sizes.

The second opening is completely free; the system keeps the lower set of ejector plates locked until the upper set returns to its original position.

Suitable for small, medium, and large molds, it features simple external installation for easy adjustment and maintenance.

Its design allows for surface and built-in mounting options, while multiple rod diameters (14, 20, 32, and 50mm) ensure compatibility with different mold dimensions.

Extension rods (EW) are available for larger molds, along with external fixing options (EB) for flexible installation of EX-EY-EZ systems.

Available in 4 sizes, max. holding force: 4.000 kg, minimum order: 2 units.
