GENERAL CONDITIONS OF USE
The purpose of these general conditions of use and navigation (hereinafter, the "Conditions") is to regulate the relationship between the owner of the Web Page, as service provider, and the users who access, navigate and enjoy the service offered (hereinafter, referred to individually as the "User" or collectively as the "Users").
The Web Page provides Users with general information about the owner of the Web Page, its services and activities (hereinafter, the "Content"), all in accordance with these Conditions. Being a professional page, its content is not directed to Users who are minors.
If the user continues navigating and making use of the services that we offer through our Web Page, this one accepts without reservations of some type, the present Conditions of use.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
Legal protection of content
The owner of the Web Page is also the owner of the rights of exploitation of intellectual and industrial property of the Web Page including all the Contents and elements of the same (by way of example, texts, images, audio and videos) available from the Web Site, as well as those that have been hosted on third party sites either because they are his property or because he has obtained the appropriate rights for their use. Likewise, the owner has obtained the appropriate authorizations regarding the image rights of those who appear on its Web Page.

In no case it will be understood that the access and navigation of the User, implies a renunciation, transmission, license or total or partial cession of these rights on the part of the holder of the Web Page. Likewise, it is forbidden to modify, copy, reuse, exploit, reproduce, publicly communicate, transmit, use, treat or distribute in any way all or part of the Contents and elements of the Web Page for public or commercial purposes, without the express written authorization of the owner of the same.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Suspension of the Web Site
The operation of the Web Page is supported by servers of service providers, connected by means of public and private communications infrastructures. The owner of the Web Page will do everything possible to guarantee the correct operation of the Web Page; however, it cannot guarantee the absence of interruptions due to technical reasons for the purpose of carrying out repair and/or maintenance tasks, lack of coverage or failures in the equipment and/or networks necessary for the transmission of data, which are beyond its control.
Thus, access to the Web Page may be suspended for reasons of force majeure (unforeseeable causes or which, foreseen or foreseeable, are unavoidable) such as those expressed below by way of list, but not limitation:

- Fires, floods, earthquakes or other acts of nature,
- Strikes or labor disputes,
- War conflicts or other force majeure situations.

User's responsibility
The User will use the Web Page at his own risk. By means of its access to the same one, it is forced to use it according to the arranged thing in the legislation and the ethical codes that are applicable, as well as the conditions contained in the present Conditions of use.
The breach of any of the rules included in these Conditions or of the legislation in which the same are protected, will give rise to the responsibility of the User before the owner of the Web Page and/or before third parties, for any damage or prejudice that could be caused as consequence of this breach, independently of if it implies the materialization of an illicit, an administrative sanction, a fault or a crime and will give right to the owner of the Web Page to, in its case, demand its responsibility in the civil, administrative, labor or penal scope that could correspond.
Holder's liability
The owner of the Web Page is not responsible for any damage caused to the User or third parties as a result of a breach attributable to the User, nor for the alteration in the User's equipment.
Likewise, neither assumes any responsibility for illegitimate intromissions through the use of computer viruses or other whatever their origin, the improper use of the Web Page by the User or security errors caused by the incorrect operation of the terminal equipment used by the User.
USER OBLIGATIONS
The User may not, at any time, modify, alter or delete any data, information, content or element or content that is included in the Web Page.
The User must use the services made available to him/her in a diligent, correct and lawful manner. Under no circumstances may they disseminate content or propaganda of a racist, pornographic, xenophobic nature or that in general advocates criminal, violent or degrading acts against people and fundamental rights.
The User may not include software, viruses, malware or any other agent harmful to computer systems that may damage or alter the devices or terminals of the company or other Users.
The User will be the only responsible for the damages and prejudices that could be caused by not fulfilling the conditions and obligations exposed in the present Conditions.
The User is forbidden to transmit, include or disseminate advertising of himself or of third parties through any means available on our Web Page, if he has not obtained the express authorization of the owner of the same.
HYPERLINKS
The mentions that may be made in the Web Page to other websites of third parties, will be merely informative. The owner of the Web Page does not develop or manage these pages and is not the owner of the Internet addresses mentioned unless expressly indicated. For that reason, this one will not be responsible for the contents that those incorporate, neither for the damages or damages derived from this access, nor for those generated by the services that they provide.
The owner of the Web Page authorizes the establishment of links and hyperlinks from other web pages. However, anyone who intends to establish a link between his website and the Web Page shall do so respecting the following conditions:

APPLICABLE LAW
Those relations established between the User and the owner of the Web Page shall be governed by the provisions of the legislation in force in relation to the applicable regulations and the competent jurisdiction, being applicable the rules of the Spanish Legal System.
