Compact internal ejection system designed to work in two different ways:
- Pre-opening movement of the mold.
- Double ejection to control 2 sets of ejector plates when the machine actuates the upper set.
The system offers an adjustable first stroke from 6-145mm, while the secondopening remains completely free. It holds the lower ejector set in position until the top plate returns, ensuring controlled operation.
Designed for internal installation within the ejector frame, it reduces mold space and can be easily adjusted by cutting the center rod.
The compact cylindrical design requires only a minimum area within the mold, which allows possible installation in existing molds, and its robust bushings and cam fingers ensure reliable performance.
Max. holding force of 1.500 kg. It’s recommended to install them in multiples of 2, so that the mold is even.
