External Inverted Double Ejection JY ø14

The CUMSA JY External Inverted Double Ejection System provides two different ejection configurations in a compact external mechanism. Depending on the mold design, the JY can be used for reverse double ejection or with a floating stripper plate.

Reverse Double Ejection
For molds with two ejector plate sets, the first stroke allows both sets to move freely. During the second stroke, the lower plate performs a limited 30–80mm movement, depending on the model.

Floating Stripper Plate
For molds with one ejector plate set and a floating stripper plate, the sequence is reversed. The first movement is limited to 30–80mm, after which the floating plate remains fixed while the ejector plates complete their travel.

Available in four sizes — Ø14, Ø20, Ø32 and Ø50mm — the JY adapts to different mold configurations and sizes. A minimum of two units per mold is required for balanced operation.
