100% mechanical solution designed to perform slide travels of up to 150mm with only 160mm of mold opening.

Its compact design reduces mold size compared to conventional solutions using long angle pins or hydraulic cylinders.

Its integrated slide retainer can reduce overall system costs by up to 30%, while installation only requires a simple groove on the side of the slide. All housings are vertical, simple, and positioned at 90º to the parting line for easier machining and assembly.

Available with 20mm or 30mm rod diameters, each model offers standard travel of 50mm, 75mm, or 100mm, with semi-standard options up to 150mm.

The system can be mounted on slides with inclinations from -25º to +25º and is suitable for both single-sided and double-sided slide configurations.

Its perpendicular motion minimizes interference with robotic part-removal systems, reduces wear, and contributes to longer mold life.
