Hardened (52 to 56HRC) bushing for sprue ejectors. Allows customized configuration of the ejector shape/undercut.
Available in standard or conical shape (perfect for difficult and tough materials), and with or without collar.
Great features as: Anti-rotation flat, ready to install, can be cut if required and ready to use for “Bayer” injection (Mostly used in the Automotive industry).
In case of problems in the mold, JUST replace the standard bushing avoiding to remake all the H7 ejector area or resize the ejector diameter! It is a cost saving product!
