How many parts must be placed in the mold?
It depends on the mold size and configuration and complexity (more or less lifters, the size of the lifters or the stripper plates, etc..) . However, we do recommend placing an even number of pieces, in a symmetric manner, generally 4 pieces.
What is the maximum ejection speed of the tool?
The maximum recommended speed is of 30 meters (98.24ft) per minute.
Are there any important application details?
Springs shouldn’t be used to return the ejection plates to molding position, as the springs will always be delivering load upon the EP’s when the tool is ejecting, if it is too high, the EP’s will break due to fatigue.
